Designers: Mariloo Katsoni :::: Karavan Clothes

I came across with Karavan clothes accidentally on their facebook page. Of course from the first glimpse they had gain my full attention and I was sure I would write about it!

The girl behind Karavan clothes is Mariloo Katsoni. She may have studied at a first place graphic design and then work as a stylist, but her love for creativity finally lead her not only to enrich her studies with fashion design, but also to launch her own brand! Also, she is a blogger herself and she believes that blogs are today trendsetters. How could I ignore this girl?

Karavan clothes are full of beautiful colours, floral patterns, girly shapes but most of all, they are comfortable and easy to wear all day long! It doesn't matter your age, but your love for a unique appearence.
What I  have loved the most? Of course the bustiers, but also the soft cotton fabrics. The best choice for stylish appearences at hot summer days!

informations about Mariloo Katsoni and Karavan have been taken from her interview on imatiothiki

Designers: Urania Gazelli

Urania Gazelli is the creative name chosen by Greek designer Urania Giourmetaki for her bags label. The name was inspired by her much beloved late grandmother. With a background as an industrial designer, she has deep understanding of precise, high quality workmanship and aesthetics which is evident in each bag.
After years of working amongst Plexiglass, stainless steel and bronze in her family’s business “Ranol”, Urania wanted to leave her own mark in the fashion industry using the “Savoir-Faire” from her father.
Founded in the spring of 2011 started experimenting with shapes and colors.

Inspired by feminine sense of practicality, her design philosophy meets futurism with classicism. Her plexiglass handcrafted clutch bags are created in her homeland of Greece and are made using fine materials and finished with the brand’s signature brass gold sign plated inside the bag. While her approach is playful and modern, it is always grounded in careful combinations and techniques, giving each piece the feeling of unique, luxury and elegant.

Each bag is hand made with love by Urania building each collection with a mix of colors, shapes and interesting techniques.

Urania Gazelli is distributed in high end and cutting edge boutiques worldwide and has been credited editorially in magazines all over the world.

Redefining the concept of “arm candy” to “clutch candy”, make way for Urania Gazelli.
